Three are being taken to court but as is the norm these crooks are trying to weazel out through an ancient parlimentary law/privilage, what a joke.
Every single one who overclaimed should be prosecuted, already the majority have gotten off with reductions to their repayments, no one who defrauds the benefits even gets the chance to repay, it's simply court, fines/prison and repayment so why should our crooked representatives be spared, after all their fraudulent claims amount to millions, not thousands, jail the bastards now.
